The woman behind Amara
Hello, I’m Hannah.
I’m glad you’re here.
Founder of Amara Solenya, wellness coach, and TEDx speaker.

A little of my story
Part of my story.
Not all of who I am.
Childhood abuse is part of my story. In adulthood, I have also lived with anxiety and panic, and with seasons when I felt disconnected from myself.
There have been times when the life people could see did not reflect how I felt inside. I have had to ask myself who I am beyond what I have been through, what I need, and what kind of life feels like my own.
I am still on that journey. Still learning to listen to myself, find my voice, and make room for change. I do not share this from the other side of a perfect ending.
I share it because you deserve to meet the person behind this space—not because our stories are the same, or because my path holds the answers for yours.
Amara grew from a wish to make room for a more personal kind of support. A place where difficult experiences can be acknowledged, without becoming the only thing that is seen.
There is room for your hopes, your everyday needs, and the parts of you that are still taking shape, too.

You’re not lost,
you’re traveling.
Not a dismissal of how hard a season can be. A reminder that you do not need to have arrived somewhere else to deserve care—or a place to be heard.
The way we meet
Beside you.
Not above you.
I think of my role as a companion in our conversations: someone who listens, asks thoughtful questions, and respects that the choices are yours.
Through private coaching and personal support, we can explore what you need now, what you would like to understand about yourself, and which next steps feel right for your life. You can speak, pause, or leave a topic for another day.
You are welcome whether childhood trauma or abuse is part of your story, whether you are moving through change, or whether you simply feel lost and would like someone to listen.
You are not guided from above. You are walked beside—with care, presence, and respect for your own direction.
Amara offers nonclinical coaching and personal support. The session information explains the approach and its limits, so you can decide whether it fits what you need.
