You do not need a trauma history—or the perfect words—to be welcome here.

Come as you are.
We can begin there.
Welcome to Amara Solenya
You are more than
what you have been through.
There is room here for your story.
And for the parts of you still taking shape.
Amara is a place to be heard, reconnect with yourself, and find your way forward—with someone beside you.
There is no single story you need to have. You might be carrying the effects of earlier experiences, finding your voice, or simply wondering what comes next.
At the heart of Amara · Private 1:1 sessions
Time and space.
Just for you.
One-to-one conversations with Hannah, shaped around what you need space for: life after childhood trauma or abuse, your relationship with yourself, or a season when you feel unsure of your direction.
We might explore a boundary you want to express, a decision you keep questioning, or something you want more room for in your everyday life. You choose what to share, and whether there is a next step you want to take.
60- or 90-minute sessions · Fees discussed privately

Perhaps you are here because…
Something in you
wants to be heard.
You do not have to fit neatly into one category.
Childhood trauma
or abuse is part of your story.
You want somewhere to acknowledge how those experiences relate to life today—without being expected to explain every detail.
Explore the approachYou are finding
your own voice.
You have spent so much time considering everyone else’s needs that you are unsure what your own are. You want room to listen to yourself.
Make room for yourselfYou feel lost.
Or ready for something different.
There may be no single event to point to. You simply feel disconnected, are navigating change, or would value a thoughtful conversation.
Begin where you areThese are invitations, not labels. You do not have to prove that your experience was “bad enough” to ask about support.
You do not have to
find your way alone.
Sometimes you are not looking for someone to tell you what to do. You want room to speak honestly, hear your own thoughts, and explore what you need without being rushed toward an answer.
My role is to walk beside you in that conversation—with care, thoughtful questions, and respect for the choices that belong to you.
What you can expect hereA note from the founder
From one woman
to another.
My own experience of childhood abuse is part of why this work matters to me. It is not the whole of who I am.
I have also known anxiety, panic, and seasons of feeling lost. I am still learning, growing, and finding my way. I do not come to our conversations with every answer; I come with care for your story and respect for the path that is yours.
