Two ways to make space

The time that
feels right for you.

Private session

60 minutes

A focused space for conversation and reflection around what matters to you now, with time to consider what you would like to carry forward.

Extended private session

90 minutes

A more spacious conversation, with extra time to settle in, reflect, pause, and bring the session to an unhurried close.

You do not need to choose before we meet. We can discuss both options during your introduction and agree on the duration and fee before booking. More time does not mean pressure to share more.

Sun setting over green hills

A conversation at your pace

You do not need
a polished story.

Childhood trauma or abuse may be part of what brings you here. Much of Hannah’s private-session work has centered on women who bring experiences of trauma into the conversation.

There is also room for you when there is no single event to explain—when you feel lost, disconnected, or unsure what you need. Your story does not have to resemble anyone else’s.

Our focus is on your life today: your needs, self-trust, boundaries, and the choices you want to make. We can acknowledge what you have lived through without making it the whole of who you are.

What we can make room for

Your experience.
Not a fixed program.

Childhood trauma & abuse

Room for what you have lived through. And who you are now.

Personal support as you explore your present-day needs, relationships, voice, and boundaries. There is no expectation to recount painful details or compare your experience with anyone else’s.

Your relationship with yourself

Self-trust, voice, and personal boundaries.

Explore what feels important to you, where your needs have been overlooked, and how you want to approach the decisions and relationships in your life.

The next season

Feeling lost, navigating change, and beginning again.

Make space for an identity shift, a change of direction, or a feeling you cannot quite name. You do not need a trauma history to explore what matters to you and what you would like more room for.

What a session might look like

A real conversation.
About your real life.

We might spend time exploring a boundary you want to express, a decision you keep questioning, or something you would like more room for in your everyday life.

There is space to talk, be listened to, pause, and consider thoughtful questions. Together, we can reflect on what matters to you and whether there is a small next step you want to take.

These are possible starting points, not a fixed program or a promise of a particular outcome.

Care in practice

What you can
expect here.

My intention is to offer a respectful space where your pace, choices, and boundaries matter.

You choose what you share.

You do not need to tell your whole story, revisit painful details, or prove that your experience was “bad enough.”

You can pause or say no.

You can ask questions, decline a topic, or leave it for another day. There is no expectation to turn what happened into a positive lesson.

You know what you are agreeing to.

Session length, fees, communication boundaries, and practical arrangements are discussed before you commit.

Your choices remain your own.

There is no single path to follow and no obligation to book again. Other relationships and sources of support remain welcome in your life.

Before we begin

A few things
you may be wondering.

Clear expectations are part of a thoughtful beginning.

How long is a session?

Private sessions are available in 60- and 90-minute formats. The longer option offers additional time for conversation, reflection, pauses, and an unhurried close—not an expectation to cover more difficult material. We agree on the duration before booking, rather than extending a session unexpectedly.

Can we meet before I commit to a session?

Yes. A complimentary 15-minute introductory call gives us a chance to meet, discuss what kind of support you are looking for, and answer questions about the approach, session options, and fees. It is an introduction, not a coaching session or crisis support. You do not need to share detailed personal history, and there is no obligation to book afterward.

Is this therapy or trauma treatment?

No. Amara offers nonclinical coaching and personal support, not psychotherapy, diagnosis, trauma treatment, or crisis care. Sessions do not process traumatic memories or treat mental health conditions. If you need those services, support from a qualified mental health professional is the appropriate starting point. Our introduction helps us discuss whether Amara’s scope fits what you are looking for.

What if I have not experienced trauma?

You are welcome. You might be navigating change, questioning what you want, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. You do not need a particular history to ask about support, and the introductory call is a chance to discuss whether these sessions fit your needs.

Do I have to talk about everything that happened?

No. There is no expectation to recount traumatic experiences in detail. You choose what to share, and the conversation can stay with present-day needs, boundaries, and choices.

How do fees work?

Fees for your chosen session length are discussed privately and agreed before you book. Financial circumstances are welcome in that conversation. You are not expected to share sensitive financial documents to make an initial enquiry, and there is no obligation to proceed.

Do I need to commit to a series?

After an introductory call, you can choose an individual 60- or 90-minute session. Any ongoing work is discussed together, rather than assumed or automatically enrolled.

What does walking beside me mean?

It describes the approach within our agreed sessions: listening, reflection, thoughtful questions, and respect for your decisions. It is not a promise of constant availability, a substitute for clinical care, or a replacement for the people and support already in your life.

Can I get support between sessions?

Any between-session contact must be agreed explicitly. Booking a session does not include unlimited messaging or on-call support. Amara is not a crisis service.

Who are the sessions for?

Adult women seeking personal support after childhood trauma or abuse, with self-trust and boundaries, or through feeling lost and life transitions. A trauma history is not a requirement. We discuss suitability before working together. For immediate danger or an urgent mental health crisis, contact emergency or crisis services where you are.

A complimentary 15-minute introductory call

Let’s meet.
Before you decide.

Fifteen minutes to meet Hannah, get a feel for the approach, and ask the questions that matter to you. We can explore what you are looking for, whether this support is appropriate, and which session length may suit you.

You do not need to share your trauma history or explain everything that brought you here. This is a chance to connect—not a full coaching session.

Session fees and practical arrangements can be discussed privately. There is no obligation to book afterward, and you are welcome to take time to decide.

To arrange an introduction, a name, a way to reach you, and your time zone will be enough to start. No detailed personal, medical, or financial information is needed.
